First Congregational United Church of Christ, Eau Claire, seeks a full-time Director of Faith Formation, a salaried position with benefits.

Among the full range of responsibilities, the Director of Faith Formation is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the religious education of our children, youth and adults.   The title of the position (Director of Faith Formation or Minister for Faith Formation) will be determined based on the successful candidate’s educational background, experience, and ordained or lay status. The position reports to the Senior Minister and requires flexibility, collegiality, initiative, and teamwork.
